SMS shortcode is a 5 or 6 digit number, e.g. 56767, 56161, 567678 on which SMS can be sent by customers and subscribers. All information from the incoming SMS to the short code can be accessed from our panel. Longcode is a 10 digit number which can be used as a cost effective dedicated number solution.

It helps in generating leads and then following them gets easier as the prospective customer’s contact number gets stored in a database. Besides facilitating interaction between the company and the customer, it also brings along the ease of advertising. In short code, a number shorter than a phone number is registered and all communications can be made through them. The long code enables storing customer contact details when asked to provide a missed call on the number.
